JAN WIEGER B.

"What touches me is seeing how God changes people's lives."

My name is Jan Wieger, I am 33 years old and grew up in Leiden. Six years ago, God pulled me out of darkness and I was able to get to know Him as my Father. Since then, my desire has grown to make Jesus known and to tell others about the Good News. I love conversations about God, studying the Bible together, and I have developed a heart for evangelism. Although I sometimes still find it daunting to step out, the desire to bring people into contact with Jesus continues to grow stronger. Somehow, my sense of humor comes out best in difficult situations, something that often helps to bring light and hope when circumstances are tough.

That is why I am going to Romania. I want to be not only a hearer of God's Word, but also a doer. I long to continue growing in evangelism, to boldly proclaim the Gospel, and to make God's love visible. Marginalized people are particularly close to my heart: the poor, the vulnerable, and prisoners." It is precisely to them that I want to show that they are loved and valuable in God's eyes.

My expectation for this journey is that God will work powerfully. I pray for breakthroughs, healing, deliverance, and the boldness to step out and share the Gospel. At the same time, I hope to grow myself: to look out for others with more mercy and to leave my own fears and insecurities behind, so that God's love may become visible through me.

With your support, you help bring the Gospel and make practical aid possible.

It would be awesome if we can make a difference together for the people we reach and at least fundraise €1000,= for materials, foodpackages, goodiebags for kids and other expenses for the outreaches in Santana, Pancota, Siria and Brasov.

Together we can make a difference. Thank you very much in advance for your prayers, involvement, and financial support.

God bless,

Jan Wieger
